  • I'll be Back Before Midnight

    by Peter Colley

    October 29th to November 1st 2025

Greg, a PhD student in archaeology, rents an old farmhouse in the country as a rural retreat where his wife, Jan, can recover from a recent nervous breakdown.

When their landlord, George, a local famer, begins to tell stories about a terrible murder that once took place in the house, and the ghost that reputedly haunts the place, Jan's imagination begins to take over.

The situation gets worse when Laura, Greg's beautiful but manipulative sister, arrives. Soon Jan finds herself tormented by strange sounds in the night, and visions of the vengeful ghost.

Increasingly isolated from her disbelieving husband and sister-in-law, she seems to be edging towards another breakdown. Are the things she sees real, or just a figment of her imagination? As she struggles to understand, events take a horrific turn…
